Southwest Property Ventures

SPV is a developer primarily involved in the development of Flex Buildings in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Our first project for SPV was a three phase, eight building complex totaling 156,000 square feet located in Anthem with the first phase constructed in 2004. Since then we’ve assisted with other flex type projects in north Phoenix as well as the master planning other sites for future development. They have been a pleasure to work with and we’re very proud of our relationship.
