Mark Carrell – Florida Communities

Mark Carrell, an accomplished independent consultant specializing in project redevelopment, has significantly worked with our practice since its inception. Mr. Carrell has undertaken a diverse range of projects across multiple categories, making his impact substantial and varied. Recently, we collaborated with him on the redevelopment of three expansive manufactured home communities in Florida – two located in Sarasota and one in Ocala. These projects involved constructing new community buildings, renovating existing structures, and designing/upgrading recreational amenities at each community. Our team designed the outdoor facilities, signage and specified the furniture and playing equipment for the large pool areas, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts. We also selected the interior furnishings and artwork withint the new community buildings.

We worked with Mr. Carrell to document existing utilities for the benefit of community management and within the Ocala site, we assisted with master planning the proposed site expansion and establishing design standards for new mobile homes.
